Microsoft announced that Microsoft Office applications in the future can be accessed directly from the web. This step appears to be done to the Microsoft competition is more stringent, particularly from Google.

Web applications called Office will include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, which can be used via a web browser. According to Chris Capossela, Senior Vice President of Microsoft, the product is made so that consumers can access the Office more easily.

Public ID, Alias ID, Secondary Account Yahoo Messenger

When you first time created a Yahoo! (Messenger) account, actually you created the default account or primary account or main account of Yahoo! Messenger. For newbie, they may be not understand that beside the main account or main ID of YM, they can also create the secondary account or secondary ID. That’s can also be named as Alias ID or Secondary Public ID.

What is Public IDs?

Public IDs is an account that can be used just like the main / default / primary account. It can be used to join Yahoo Messenger and also can make a chat with the public IDs. You can create Public IDs up to six 6 Public IDs that under your Main Yahoo ID. That means you have another ID beside of you main account of yahoo.

These secondary ID or ID’s under or alias ID is like you duplicate identity. You don’t even need to register or create another account of yahoo messenger to make those duplicate identities. All you have to do just create New Public ID under your main ID of Yahoo.

What Alias IDs make for?

The purpose Yahoo! provides the secondary ID or alias ID is behind of the security reason. If you want to make a conversation in chat room or instant message with someone new (that almost you don’t even see their face and character, they can be a dangerous person, criminal or even child abuse!!) you need privacy protection of your identities. With the alias ID or secondary ID you can create Fake Identity of your self to new person that you met. If you already knew the person and you save to share the identity of yours, then you can reveal your real ID (that is your main ID).

Another security reason of making Alias ID is the preventing of malicious behavior such as boot attack. One of unique feature embedded with Alias ID that can be used to protect us is alias ID or secondary Id can be set active or inactive. That mean you can disable the alias ID and make it active again in chat room as long as you want to.

Make Create Invisible Status Yahoo Messenger

Mc Cain or Obama : Who is Taking The Edge In The Wall Street Crisis?

The titanic Wall Street mess has worried voters looking to their presidential candidates for answers. Preferably, clear, easy-to-understand answers that don't involve a lot of financial jibber-jabber. And though Barack Obama and John McCain did their best to break through, it seems that so far, neither has pulled ahead on the issue. But the financial crisis presents a big opportunity for both candidates: first, to leave behind the superficial squabbling, faux outrage, and slander that have characterized the campaign for the past couple of weeks, and second, to take the lead on the number one issue this election year: the economy. Most likely, neither candidate really knows exactly what the hell is going on, or what can be done to fix it. But while nobody profits from the trouble on Wall Street, it's an issue that at least two guys, Obama and McCain, can try to benefit from politically.

• Massimo Calabresi thinks "Obama should have had a decided advantage on the trail" since the Wall Street "crisis is occurring on the Republicans' watch and even staunchly anti-regulatory observers blame lax federal controls for much of the problem." But yesterday McCain was able "to hold his own." Ultimately, the spin from both campaigns will affect voters little compared to "the reality of closing banks, dwindling retirement accounts and a sputtering economy." [Time]

• Andrew Romano calls the Wall Street crisis "a huge opportunity" for Obama, "a chance not only to be heard addressing an issue that matters, but also to pivot away from a losing message to one that could actually win him the election." Instead of mounting a likely unsuccessful attack strategy against McCain's similarities to President Bush, Obama can have a "conversation about why his economic values trump McCain's." [Stumper/Newsweek]

• John Dickerson says that in order for "Obama to take advantage of this moment, he has to convince voters he's going to change their lives," not simply "paint McCain as out of touch." Obama also risks becoming too gloomy if he portrays the economy as weak. Additionally, while McCain's record on the turmoil at hand is very thin, Obama's policies are pretty much unknown. [Slate]

• James Pethokoukis reasons that McCain won't suffer in the polls from the Wall Street crisis because he's made "himself the nominee of the McCain Party rather than the Republican Party," it's tough to place blame on President Bush anyway, and "no candidate has a simple answer about what to do next." • Chris Cillizza collected suggestions from party insiders for what "their party's candidate" should "do in the short term to stake their claim to this critical issue." For Obama, these suggestions include taking a two-day Ohio tour, spending a night at home with a family facing foreclosure, and doing more town halls. For McCain, ideas include meeting with heads of regional banks, going on a listening tour of Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and naming his future Treasury secretary in a speech. [Fix/WP]

• Matt Yglesias notes that listening to McCain, you might "think that he and Barack Obama basically have similar views — out of control greed, regulators asleep at the switch, need to do better — but he’s a grizzled veteran whereas Obama just showed up yesterday." [Think Progress]

• Jackie Calmes writes that McCain has "consistently characterized himself as fundamentally a deregulator and he has no history prior to the presidential campaign of advocating steps to tighten standards on investment firms." His call for more regulation yesterday "suggests how the pendulum has swung to cast government regulation in a more favorable political light ... and how he is scrambling to adjust." [NYT]

• Karen Tumulty believes "that the challenge going forward is a bit trickier for McCain." He has a record as a deregulator and "deregulation, of course, is one of the reasons we have a crisis on our hands." [Swampland/Time]

• John B. Judis says that so far, Americans are not getting the answers they want from either candidate. But this is "favorable political terrain for Democrats, because the root of the crisis was the lack of government regulation." [Plank/New Republic]

Pakistani forces ordered to "open fire" on US forces crossing the border

The Pakistani military has been given orders to "open fire" on US troops crossing the border from Afghanistan to attack Taliban and al Qaeda safe havens, the military's spokesman said. The order comes one day after Pakistani troops reportedly fired on US helicopters as they attempted to cross the border in South Waziristan.

The order to target US troops crossing the border was communicated by Major General Athar Abbas, the chief spokesman for the Pakistani military.

"The orders are clear,". "In case it happens again in this form, that there is a very significant detection, which is very definite, no ambiguity, across the border, on ground or in the air: open fire."

Abbas later backtracked on his statement in an interview with the BBC. "He stressed to the BBC that no specific orders had been given to open fire if US troops crossed the border from Afghanistan. Pentagon spokesman Brian Whitman told AP that Pakistan would "correct the record" on the order to fire on US forces. No subsequent statements have been made by the Pakistani military.

The order to fire on US forces is the latest measure by Pakistan to protest recent attacks by the US inside its territory. Pakistan closed the vital Torkham border crossing into Afghanistan to NATO traffic on Sept. 6 to send a message to the US, Mukhtar said.

The Pakistani Air Force is said to have begun to patrol the tribal areas over the weekend.

Today's statements come one day after a reported incident along the Pakistani border in South Waziristan. Pakistani troops reportedly fired on two US helicopters as they attempted to cross the border near Angoor Adda in South Waziristan. The Pakistani military made conflicting statements on the incident, with some officers claiming "local tribesmen" opened fired and others claiming the military participated.

The US military denied any incursion occurred. "I've checked into that and find it to be a spurious report," Whitman said in a press conference on Sept. 14. "Did not happen. I've checked all the places that would know about something like that and it doesn't appear to be accurate."

But Whitman's statements amounted to a personal denial of not being able to find out about the incident. "(I) cannot find any mission that correlates to the report I saw out of Pakistan," Whitman said, according to Reuters. "I can't find any (military) report of helicopters being fired upon."

US military and intelligence sources contacted by The Long War Journal refused to comment on yesterday's incident.

The US has stepped up attack in Pakistan's tribal areas this year after the Taliban and al Qaeda consolidated control in the tribal regions and settled districts of the Northwest Frontier Province. There have been recorded cross-border strikes since Aug. 31. There have been 16 recorded cross-border attacks in Pakistan in 2008, compared to 10 strikes during 2006 and 2007 combined.

Three senior al Qaeda leaders have been killed in the attacks. The Haqqani Network, the powerful al-Qaeda and Taliban-linked group run by Jalaluddin and Siraj Haqqani, has been heavily targeted as well.

1. From Control Panel, the clique icon the Modem.
2. To the box of the Properties Modem dialogue, chose the modem that will be changed setting him and the clique to the Properties switch
3. In tab the General, the Maximum Speed difference became 115200.
4. Move to tab Connection and the clique of the Port Setting switch.
5. From the box of the Advanced Port Setting dialogue, gave the sign check to Use FIFO buffers. Afterwards the Receive Buffer difference became 14 and Transmit Buffer became 16. Then clicked OK.
6. The clique button Advanced, gave the sign check to Use Flow Control. Afterwards chose radio button Hardware. In the Extra Setting part, filled with &C1&D2E1Q0V1X4%C0 S7=55 S11=55 S0=0.

The Second method
1. From Control Panel, the clique icon System.
2. Move to tab Device Manager.
3. In the Ports part (COM & LPT), chose port that was used by your modem and the clique of the Properties switch.
4. Move to tab Port Settings.
5. In the Bits part per second, filled with 921600.

The Third method
1. Be opened file system.ini that was located in C:\Windows.
2. In the part [386Enh], added with COM1Buffer=16384. The difference COM1 with port that was used by the modem.
